Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will not accept items which are washed/dirty/damaged or stained. Once your item has arrived at our warehouse please allow up to 14 days from the date of arrival for our team to inspect and process an exchange or store credit. 

To start a return, you can contact us at getitgirlactive@gmail.com. Please include your order number, reason for return and photos if required for faults. Once your request has been processed we will send you a return shipping address as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs will NOT be covered by GetitGirl active. We recommend the use of tracked shipping as we will not be responsible if a returned item does not reach us safely.

Damages and issues

In the unlikely event of a faulty item please contactgetitgirlactive@gmail.com immediately with photos.

Refunds
 Refunds will only be issued if a genuine manufacturing fault has occured. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size
  • Damage from incorrect product care
  • Stretched to fit after purchasing an incorrect size causing seams to fray or rip
  • Stains from makeup, fake tan etc.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Due to occupational, health and safety GetitGirl Active holds the right to refuse a refund or store credit on any item that is returned that has been damaged or worn.
